After spying some incredible self portraits over the last couple of months, I decided to join in on Self Portrait Tuesday. I love Kath's challenge this month, because it really does encourage a bit of introspection. My first entry is "Worker". This is an important part of me because it is how I portray myself to most of the world on a daily basis. As a worker I am a leader: intelligent, motivated, and enjoy doing work that makes me feel as if I am helping others. This is my "type A personality side", and it is as a worker that the type-A side of me usually comes out. This is the side I really struggle to keep in balance because as a worker I strive to be a perfectionist. I have been trying harder in the last couple of years to really cultivate my creative side to keep the worker from taking over.
